Banana Bread Galore

Could there be a better coupling with the brisk autumn weather than a delightful and delicious treat to warm your belly? This banana bread recipe from our dear friend Sylvia will absolutely bewitch your taste buds. Thanks to darling four, everyone was feeling rather content with life after filling up on this moist and oh-so-yummy bread.
P.S. Coffee or english breakfast tea goes great with this treat!

Banana Bread Recipe

1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas (crushed)
1 cup nuts (chopped)
2 cups flour (sifted)
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Blend butter and sugar together.  Add the eggs and beat. Then follow with crushed bananas.  Blend in 2 cups of sifted flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and nuts.  Bake in loaf pan for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 and don't forget to grease the pan!

Tip: Use ripe bananas otherwise the bread won't taste much like bananas. Good luck!
