Vanilla Bean Coconut Cupcakes

To cure herself of the rain day blues, darling four went into the kitchen and baked these vanilla bean coconut cupcakes.  You can find the recipe here.  The house smelled so delicious and the crumbly vanilla cupcake paired with lightly sweet frosting was the perfect cure for our rainy day blues.  We lit up after taking one bite.  Hope they brighten up your day.  xo.
